We had a pleasant stay in Horizons Rydges Jindabyne during the snow season. It is not a large space,suited for couples, but as a family of 4 (2 small children) the accommodation had the necessary amenities for a weekend stay. This included a fully equipped small kitchenette, washer/dryer, clean bedding, pull out sofa bed, heating and private balcony. We had a beautiful uninterrupted view of the lake from a balcony- which is the best part. It is located close to shops, restaurants and petrol and is only a short drive to the ski resorts. We stayed at the Rydges 12yrs ago, and not much has changed, in that it could use some freshening up. The age of the building/room is becoming evident. However management was quick to respond to any concerns and communication was easy. Check in/out instructions were clear. All accommodation prices are incredibly high during ski season. However relative to other available similar accommodation in Jindabyne the price seems reasonable and expected

Fantastic location and views

This studio apartment was better than we expected. It was spacious and tastefully furnished, with a comfortable bed, lots of hot water large and screen television. The view of the lake is stunning, and especially so early morning and evening with the changing light. Rydges has a beautiful lounge area with an open fire where we had happy-hour drinks and excellent bar food. We'd definitely stay again.

Staff were so accommodating and friendly when we were tired after a day on the mountain. The room had everything we needed and plenty of space. Easy to get to and a stunning view from the balcony. The carparks are a bit tight when you have a large SUV but we made it work.
