Located in the beautiful township of Berridale, this home is new to our holiday property portfolio and has been thoughtfully and artistically decorated. 3A Kunama is private and is just a short stroll the local shops and a 25 minute drive to Jindabyne and 60 mins to Thredbo and Perisher.
This large home sleeps 10 people in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.
The property offers a double lock up garage with internal access to the house. The entryway opens up to the sun filled open plan living area with its oversized lounge to relax on and a spacious 8 seater wooden dining table which has access to the fenced back yard.
The open concept modern kitchen has all that you will need to enjoy your country getaway with:

This spacious home has 4 well equipped bedrooms with ample storage and electric panel heaters for the Winter months.
The Bedding Configuration for this property is:
-Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds with a built in wardrobe and views of the back yard.
-Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a built in wardrobe and views to the front garden.
-Bedroom 3 and 4 both boast a queen and a single bed, both with ensuites, consisting of shower, toilet and vanity. One room has access to the back yard, whilst the other has a large bay window to let the natural light shine in.

All of this is down a long hallway with the spacious family bathroom closest to the living area, which offers a large shower, vanity and toilet. Across the way is the well-equipped Laundry with:

Amazing accommodation

3A Kunama Place is one of the best accommodation in Snowy region. Best part is 3 toilets and extra beds in 2 bedrooms (not bunk bed). Only minus part was hot water tank which is only 300 litre capacity and hard for 10 ppl! Apart from that everything is highly recommended

This accommodation is within walking distance of the commercial hub and has 4 bedrooms with two ensuites and a further bathroom. The air conditioning is only in the lounge/dining/kitchen. There are two garage parking spaces and a further off street parking space. Check in to the house was simple but the late start of 4pm was most unusual. The registration prior to check in was unduly onerous requiring mobile numbers and names of all occupants. The bond was excessive with a 7 day return of bond.
