However, we understand your concerns regarding the absence of a hair dryer and the lack of a late checkout option. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the absence of a hair dryer. We will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. Regarding the late checkout request, we regret that we were unable to accommodate your request. Our standard check-out time is 10am, which allows sufficient time for our housekeeping team to prepare the accommodations for the next guests. We were able to offer you check-in details at 2:30pm on the day of your arrival. We value your feedback and will strive to address these areas of concern to enhance the overall guest experience.
