Andrew Tregent brings over 27 years of experience in real estate and holiday property management to his role as Director at HolidayCo, with a special passion for the Snowy Mountains region. Based in Jindabyne with his wife Monique and their three children—Henry, Teddy, and Lola—Andrew combines deep local knowledge with a genuine love for the alpine lifestyle.

As a family of avid skiers, the Tregents are deeply connected to the rhythm of mountain life. This personal connection to the region fuels Andrew’s commitment to providing exceptional holiday experiences in and around the Snowy Mountains—from cozy apartments in Jindabyne to luxury retreats near the slopes.

Since expanding HolidayCo’s footprint to include the Snowy Mountains, Andrew has been instrumental in growing a portfolio of premium alpine properties. With the backing of HolidayCo’s network of six offices across the Central Coast and Hunter Valley, and an extensive database of over 14,000 past guests, Andrew and his team have the tools and reach to market these properties to a massive audience. He works closely with local homeowners and teams to ensure every home is presented at its best and every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable stay—whether they’re hitting the slopes in winter or exploring the lakes and trails in the warmer months.
